The original saying is:
"Esto no pasa en Cuba" which translates to "This doesn't happen in Cuba". It is a common saying by many Cubans when they would experience something in Miami, that they wouldn't have experienced back home (good or bad).

Having moved within La Yuma from Miami to Alabama, I too am experiencing things that I wouldn't have experienced back home, and have found myself saying "Esto no pasa en Miami" A LOT!

This shirt goes out to anyone that has left their "homeland" for the American Dream.

The story behind the picture:
I was at a Publix checking out, when the cashier rung up Ironbeer and asked for ID. Asere, esto no pasa en Miami. Everyone knows Ironbeer isn't beer.

[Ironbeer not included]
