Cuban Pizza
Cuban Pizza, like New York or Chicago pizza, each have their own style.

They all have in common dough, sauce and cheese. However, what distinguishes the Cuban pizza from the rest, is it's thick dough and the cheese blend comprised of gouda and mozzarella cheese.
